Send the queries that worry you

Use the form for citation baselines, query-set design, cited-source gap reviews, evidence rewrites and monthly tracking loops. A clear question is enough to start; a ranking report helps, but it is not required. Send the page, query, competitor or cited source that makes the gap visible.

Send a ranking report, a page that should be cited, a competitor that keeps appearing, or a set of Italian and English buyer questions you want checked. I take on citation baselines, query-set design, cited-source gap reviews, evidence rewrites and monthly GEO tracking loops. I do not take on bulk content mills, artificial review work, link schemes or promises of guaranteed AI mentions.

Frequent questions

How do you usually work?

I begin with a small, testable set of business queries and the sources that already describe you. Then I compare ranking position, assistant selection, cited source and description accuracy. The first useful output is usually a baseline ledger, not a thick report.

Which topics do you take on?

I take on Italian business visibility problems where rankings, AI answers, directories, aggregators and page copy are pulling apart. Local services, B2B firms, specialist consultants, SaaS and tourism-adjacent businesses often fit. I need enough public evidence to test the market honestly.

How fast do you reply?

I usually reply within two working days. If the request is too broad, I will narrow it into a first query shelf and tell you what I would test first. I prefer a precise small start over a grand vague audit.

What does a consultation look like?

A consultation can be a short review call, a written citation-gap memo, or a sprint around pages that rank but are missing from assistant answers. For tracking work, I set up a repeatable query and prompt set so the same checks can be counted over time.

What does it usually cost?

Most projects sit in the low four figures to upper four figures in USD, depending on the number of markets, languages, sources and rewrite needs. A narrow baseline costs less than a monthly tracking loop with competitor and cited-source review. I will give a rough scope before asking for deeper materials.

Do you test Italian and English queries?

Yes, when buyers might use both. For many Italian businesses, English queries are not just translation; they bring different sources, tourist phrasing, procurement language and aggregator bias. I keep those variants separate in the ledger.

Which tasks do you not take on?

I do not sell link packages, mass content production, fake reviews, scraped directory stuffing or guaranteed assistant mentions. I also avoid projects where the business wants visibility without evidence. If the source material is weak, I will say that before rewriting around it.

Count the assistant answer, not just the search position.

The first step is a small query shelf and a clean record of who gets named, cited and described.
